RECOGNITION, REGISTRATION & INSTITUTIONAL CREDENTIALS

Introduction

  AUTONOMOUS  PROFESSIONAL  EDUCATIONAL BOARD

     Tamil Nadu State Council of Professional Education (TNSCPE) functions as an Autonomous Professional Educational Board within its own organisational and academic framework.

The term “Autonomous” refers to the organisation’s internal academic and administrative functioning within the scope permitted by applicable law and its governing documents.

Autonomous status should not be interpreted as equivalent to statutory university status or automatic recognition by a government regulatory authority.

       Tamil Nadu State Council of Professional Education (TNSCPE) maintains various organisational registrations, certifications, enrolments, authorisations and institutional credentials through its associated entities.

The following credentials are displayed for transparency and information, according to the scope and status specified in the respective official documents.

1. SOCIETY REGISTRATION

Registration under Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975

      TN Professional Educational Society, through which TNSCPE functions, is registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.

2. MCA CORPORATE REGISTRATION

Corporate Registration – Ministry of Corporate Affairs

     TNSCPE Educational Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act.

The company provides the corporate and operational framework for applicable activities associated with TNSCPE.

3. DPIIT – STARTUP INDIA

DPIIT Recognised Startup / Recognised Entity

     The applicable TNSCPE entity has obtained recognition under the Startup India initiative of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India, as specified in the relevant recognition certificate.

4. MSME / UDYAM REGISTRATION

MSME / Udyam Registration

       The applicable TNSCPE entity is registered under the MSME / Udyam Registration framework of the Government of India, as specified in the relevant registration certificate.

The registration establishes the applicable enterprise registration status under the MSME framework.

5. ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION

ISO 9001:2015 Certified Organisation

      The applicable TNSCPE entity maintains ISO 9001:2015 certification for the activities covered under the certification scope.

The certification reflects the organisation’s commitment to applicable quality management practices within the certified scope.

6. NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL

National Safety Council – Registration / Membership

     The applicable TNSCPE entity is registered / associated with the National Safety Council, as specified in the relevant registration or membership document.

The credential is presented according to the scope and status stated in the original document.

7. NITI AAYOG – NGO DARPAN

NITI Aayog – NGO DARPAN Enrolment

    TN Professional Educational Society is enrolled on the NGO DARPAN portal of NITI Aayog, Government of India.

The enrolment provides an institutional identification for the Society on the NGO DARPAN platform.

8. VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROVIDER

Certificate of Registration – Vocational Training Provider (VTP)

    TNSCPE has obtained registration as a Vocational Training Provider (VTP) under the applicable vocational training framework specified in the registration certificate.

The certificate refers to the applicable vocational training framework, including Skill Development Initiative Scheme (SDIS) and Modular Employable Skills (MES), as stated in the document.

9. CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION – AIU

Certificate of Authorization – Asian International University

       Tamil Nadu State Council of Professional Education (TNSCPE) has received a Certificate of Authorization from Asian International University for the activities specified in the authorization document.

The authorization relates to Referral Admission Collection and VIVE Centre activities, subject to the terms and conditions stated in the certificate.

     TNSCPE has participated in the Entrepreneurship Pledge associated with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, reflecting its commitment to entrepreneurship, skill development and self-employment.

14. ANTI-LITTERING PLEDGE

Anti-Littering Pledge

     TNSCPE has participated in the Anti-Littering Pledge associated with the Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Government of India, supporting cleanliness, environmental responsibility and responsible citizenship.
